Information:TARIFF: Prices are for one weeks holiday rental inclusive of VAT, all bed linen (but not linen, pillows or blankets for the cot), hand towels, tea towels, hot water, heating, lighting and basic cleaning materials. PAYMENT: 30% of the total cost is due on booking, with the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If booking less than 6 weeks before your holiday the total rent is due at the time of booking. If you cancel, you will be liable for the total cost of the booking unless we can re-let to someone else. We advise you to take out holiday insurance and can arrange this if you let us know. Bookings only become effective once we have written to you with confirmation. COTTAGE AVAILABILITY: If for any reason beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood, storm etc.), the cottage becomes unavailable for letting before you arrive, the booking will be treated as cancelled and we will refund any monies already paid but we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for any other liability or compensation. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: This is always on a Saturday (except sometimes over Christmas and New Year, depending on which day of the week Christmas Day falls). We ask that you arrive no earlier than 3pm to ensure that your cottage is spotless and that you leave no later than 10am. Please leave your cottage tidy and clean. NUMBER OF GUESTS: Please indicate on the booking form how many adults and children will be staying in each cottage. Only that number may stay in the cottage. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY: We would be grateful if any breakages or damage be reported at once so that the item can be repaired or replaced. It may be necessary for the guest to be held liable for the payment of any replacement or repair. LIABILITY: Whilst we have taken great care to ensure that all the information and particulars concerning the cottage are correct we cannot be held liable in respect of changes or alterations made in the general course of things. Guests using the cottage, grounds and facilities do so entirely at their own risk and we will not be liable for loss, injury or death unless this is caused by our negligence or unless limitation of liability is prohibited by law. |
